S&A Residence

A comprehensive renovation featuring major structural modifications to accommodate a custom floating staircase, including the removal of a second-floor bedroom and installation of new footers for the required extension. The project also included the renovation of three full bathrooms, metal framing, ceiling headers, drywall, painting and texture work, as well as custom composite wall panels. A new Glass railing, TV feature wall and fireplace completed the transformation, creating a modern and cohesive interior.
