Completed comprehensive interior and exterior renovations, working alongside the client and interior designer to meet all design and functional requirements. Interior scope included cabinetry, vanities, countertops, flooring, drywall, and framing; exterior work involved balcony demolition, waterproofing, and installation of new tile and railing.
